Welcome to MeSpace! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mespace.cool and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using MeSpace, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MeSpace. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use MeSpace only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and certain features and privacy settings may be restricted for your safety.

You own the content you post. By posting, you grant MeSpace a non-exclusive license to host and display it to operate the Service. You're responsible for what you post, and you must have the right to post it.

Content may be flagged by the community and reviewed by our team. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
MeSpace Classifieds is a venue for users to post listings. MeSpace is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for listings, items, or payments. Use caution and common sense when buying or selling.
You may delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community or Service.
MeSpace is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeSpace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
